The MIB Meeting 2027 takes place at the Maison de la Chimie, 28 rue Saint-Dominique, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris — a few steps from Les Invalides, in an Art Deco auditorium of 853 seats.

Breast, oncologic and plastic surgeons from 16 countries make up the faculty. They teach the techniques they use in their own operating rooms.

When and where is the MIB Meeting 2027?
On Friday 4 and Saturday 5 June 2027 at the Maison de la Chimie, 28 rue Saint-Dominique, 75007 Paris. The nearest stop is Invalides (metro lines 8 and 13, RER C), two minutes away on foot.
What does the congress cover?
Minimally invasive breast surgery in its three fields: oncologic surgery (endoscopic and robotic mastectomy), reconstructive surgery (fat grafting, alternatives to implants, surgery under local anaesthesia) and aesthetic surgery (mini-scar augmentation, scarless breast lift). Live surgery is at the heart of the programme.
How much does registration cost?
€890 before 15 January 2027, €990 from 15 January and €1,100 on site. Residents pay €650, €750 and €850. A one-day registration costs €550. Registration is done online on the MZ Events platform.
What does the registration include?
The congress kit, all scientific sessions, access to the exhibition, meals as indicated in the programme, and a certificate of attendance sent by email after the congress.
In which language is the congress held?
English. No simultaneous translation is provided.
Can I present my own work?
Yes, in the free paper session: a 300-word abstract in English for a five-minute presentation, in aesthetic surgery or in reconstructive and oncologic surgery. Submissions close on 1 March 2027 at midnight (Paris time). You can submit before or after registering; the presenting author must be registered to present.
Who organises the MIB Meeting?
It is a non-profit meeting, now in its third edition, chaired by Dr Nicolas Leymarie, Dr Charles Randquist, Dr Benjamin Sarfati and Dr Antonio Toesca. The congress secretariat is MZ Events (mib.paris@mzevents.it, +39 02 6680 2323).
