MIB Meeting Privacy policy

The MIB Meeting website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. It stores nothing about you on its own servers.

The data controller is SELARL Dr Benjamin Sarfati, 95 rue Jouffroy d’Abbans, 75017 Paris, France. For any question or request about your data, write to mib.paris@mzevents.it, the congress secretariat, which answers on behalf of the publisher.

The consent banner saves one single preference in your own browser, so that it is not displayed again. It is not sent to us and it identifies no one. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Google Fonts — the typefaces are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address for that request.

Vercel, our host, keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) for security and troubleshooting.

MZ Events — registration takes place on the secretariat’s own platform, under its own privacy policy. The MIB Meeting site only links to it.

Free paper submissions — the form on this site writes an e-mail in your own mail programme and sends nothing by itself. Your abstract reaches the scientific secretariat only when you press send.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for access to your data, their correction or their deletion, object to their use or ask for them to be transferred. Write to mib.paris@mzevents.it and you will receive an answer within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
